We are always happy to quote for single books or collections based on a comprehensive description of condition, or if you prefer you can state your total price. We can offer good prices on Fine and Very Good condition items in our areas of interest. Prices for books in Very Good rather than Fine condition will be at least 25% lower. We will also sell books with a realistic retail price over £100 on commission if preferred.
Commission rates are:
Books £100-£1000 - 20%
Books over £1000 - 15%
Book categories we would be interested in buying are:
- Modern First Editions with Dustjackets in Very Good to Fine condition pre 1960s.
- Detective and Crime/Thrillers preferably with Dustjackets in Very Good to Fine condition pre 1950s.
- Antiquarian in Very Good to Fine condition pre 1850s.
- Poetry modern and contemporary First Editions only.
- Children’s with or without Dustjackets in Very Good to Fine condition, preferably First Editions.
